Policy Cancellation Latter Louisiana Hotel Cancellation Policy During A Hurricane?

Louisiana Hotel Cancellation Policy During a Hurricane? - policy cancellation latter

I have reservations in a hotel in north Louisiana this morning, two pieces by Gustav decided to honor us with his presence. In response to questions asked about their cancellation policy, I was told that there is always 6 clock on the day of arrival.
My aunt asked me later, and when asked about his policy, he said that political changes in Louisiana to evacuate the hotel in time for a hurricane. If you cancel, the responsibility for the first night. Has anyone else found this? Is it legal? Any input would be great!

Please call the hotel again and ask them if they have a cancellation policy of the hurricane and what he says.

I am sure that something can have, in the fine print in this regard. This is not everything, but you know how the business. The protection of the base. The hotels have been reserved for the Northern Company, one year after Katrina.

I'm from Louisiana and I hope that the storm subsides. Stay safe.

Charging a room set aside sounds like something that can> the>> \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; be able to succeed by the exhibitor Challenge your credit.

During Hurricane Katrina have, "began renting hotel rooms at 6:00 clock when they were unemployed, even if the room was assigned to a person with a reservation guarantee. The location of the hotel has a room full of people that can be a place to stay and denied room for those who had a reservation made "assurances", but the face or not appear necessary.

I do not know whether the hotels were charging to credit card "guarantee" that the leased premises after the closing date (usually 4:00 or 6:00 pm Clock) - much like fraud to another person.

It is technically legal, but unethical for them to change the rules without notice. The hotel must meet what they said, some comments, which were then made.
